A total of 3,051 kilograms of cocaine were incinerated by the National Anti-Drug Superintendency (SNA) at the facilities of the Siderurgica del Orinoco Alfredo Maneiro (SIDOR), located in the Palanquilla Plant in the state of Bolivar.
According to information published on the Instagram of the Ministry of Popular Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP), the incinerated material corresponds to seizures carried out in various procedures carried out by the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), together with the Public Security Agencies.
In addition, the incineration act was supervised by REDI Guayana, Zone Command No. 62, Zone Command No. 51 Monagas, URIA-51 Monagas, Detachment 513 and GNB Criminal Laboratory No. 52.
“This action ratifies the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to maintain a frontal and permanent fight against criminal gangs, guaranteeing peace and the comprehensive protection of the Nation,” the Ministry reported.
