National Government enabled new fronts of work to accompany the recovery of Puerto Nutrias

The National Government is continuing its work of channeling and dredging the Apure River, with the activation of new fronts of work in sectors of Puerto Nutrias, located between the states of Apure and Barinas, the vice-presidency of Public Works and Services reported
A press release highlighted that the early deployment in this area is carried out jointly by representatives of Popular Power, technical and engineering personnel, as well as officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Bolivarian National Police (PNB) and Civil Protection.
Simultaneously, under the leadership of the Vice President of Public Works and Services, Jorge Márquez, and the governor of Barinas, Adán Chávez, working groups are being held to monitor actions that lead to the rapid recovery of Puerto Nutrias, including road drilling that facilitates the drainage of dammed water.
Since this Monday, the authorities of the Bolivarian Government have been in the sectors affected by the floods in Puerto Nutrias, providing support both with machinery and logistical supplies to ensure the well-being and safety of the people of Barinas.
