National Popular Consultation advances with high participation in Caracas

In the IV National Popular Consultation 2025 that took place this Sunday, November 23, across the country, the people of Caracas came out to participate massively to vote for vital projects for their community.

In the Santos Michelena Educational Unit, located in the San José parish of Caracas, the inhabitants exercised their right to vote in an environment of full harmony, and they also invited those who have not yet voted to join this democratic day.

In the same way, in the parish of La Pastora, there was massive and organized participation, in which the neighbors indicated that the objective is to choose the projects that most urgently meet the needs of the territory, promoting the well-being and economic, social and educational development of those who live in the area.

At the Pedro Emilio Coll High School, in the Coche parish, men, women and young people reiterated their commitment to strengthening participatory democracy through the execution of the selected proposals.

In addition, they highlighted how the participation of the People has increased in these consultation days promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, to continue providing well-being to Venezuelans.

The mobilization was also highlighted in the parish of Santa Rosalía, where the youth answered the call and expressed with their vote the choice of the prioritized project to contribute to the integral development of their community.

In the parishes, San Pedro, La Vega, 23 de Enero and San Agustín, this electoral process of the People is also proceeding with total calm and normality, in which the residents of the communities continue to bet on their projects to improve the sectors in which they live.

The day in Caracas reaffirms the commitment of parishes to the model of direct participation promoted by the Bolivarian Government, consolidating the role of Popular Power in decision-making for territorial well-being.
