National president proposes the creation of a socialist youth block that goes beyond the partisan

This Thursday, September 12, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, proposed creating the Union of Young Socialists of Venezuela or Socialist Youth of Venezuela beyond a party “because in the times we are living in, we must organize the vanguard but transcend the partisan vision”.

“I believe that you are called to be the joyful, humane vanguard and the main engine of building values in youth to build a new socialist society. We must transcend a concept that has a JPSUV dichotomy, (party youth) but it should not only belong to the party but to Venezuelan society, so I propose to them to assume a new concept,” said the Head of State.

The president called for the debate to consolidate the name, concept and vision that JPSUV treatment will impact society. “The union of the golden, young and brilliant generation forms a large block of brilliant young people that Venezuela has and, in addition to being brilliant, courageous (...) have a free debate to make decisions.”
