National President: With the truth we open paths and with preparation we will face any circumstance

From the state of La Guaira, where he made the 91st broadcast of his show Con Maduro+, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, referred to the letter he sent to his American counterpart Donald Trump, and specified that it showed the truth about Venezuela.

“In that letter, I ask you to join in the fight against fake news (...) because what they say about Maduro and Venezuela is rubbish, a falsehood, denied by reports from the UN, the European Union and the International Customs Organization, and I don't like to say it, but even from the DEA,” he said.

The National President indicated that currently Venezuela has defeated the three lines of attack that were executed to argue for military action.

“The strategy was based on the imposition of a narrative, escalation and an incident. Well, the narrative against Venezuela is extravagant, nobody believes it, not even in the United States, and we defeated it with the truth. We defeated the escalation with the serenity and firmness of the Venezuelan people who went out to prepare for the defense of the Homeland, and we have prevented the incident with the intelligence of our agencies and the wisdom of the people,” he explained.

He did not disregard sending new letters to the North American president to continue exposing the truth of Venezuela, while stating that for the Bolivarian Government and the Venezuelan People “Freedom has no alternative”.

“We will not be slaves to anyone, to any supremacist or to anyone, peace has no alternative,” he emphasized.
