National Surgical Plan performed more than 200 interventions in Guatire and Guarenas

More than 200 surgeries of various
specialties have been performed through the National Surgical Plan on the Guarenas-Guatire
axis , reported the newspaper Última Noticias (UN).
According to the publication, it should be noted that the
interventions were performed at the Guarenas-Guatire General Hospital and
stand out among them: sterilizations, hysterectomies,
prolapse operations, inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, vesicular lithiasis, lipomas, sebaceous cysts, nevus and colostomy reconstruction.
María José Calzadilla, director of Health in Guarenas , specified
that each patient treated receives a complete preoperative evaluation, the surgical
resolution of their pathology, a kit of postoperative medications and a medical evaluation after the intervention.
It was also highlighted that the attention of these cases was managed through the
1×10 System of Good Governance.
