As part of the National Zero Vulnerability Plan, a team from the General Directorate of Crime Prevention (DPD), carried out a night deployment, in conjunction with the Deputy Ministry for the Supreme Social Happiness of the People and the Autonomous Institute for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (IDENNA).
The operation involved the active participation of more than 25 institutions of the Venezuelan State, according to information released from the official account of the General Directorate of Crime Prevention of the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, in which they published a series of photographs of the deployment.
The review published on the aforementioned portal highlights that the main objective of this day was to provide primary care to those people who, due to various circumstances, are in a situation of vulnerability.
The work focused on children and adolescents, as well as on young people and older adults who were approached during the operation.
During the day, pediatric care, a school for parents and a wide variety of services provided by specialized personnel involved in this evening activity were offered.
The operating post was established in Plaza Venezuela, from where care was coordinated in various areas such as the Miraflores District, Las Mercedes, La Candelaria and Andrés Bello, Urdaneta, Baralt and Libertador avenues.
The activity also involved protection councils, the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC); the Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME); the Ministries of Popular Power for Health and Women; the National Anti-Drug Superintendency (SUNAD) and other bodies dedicated to the prevention and protection of the Venezuelan State.
This deployment reflects the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents, fundamental pillars for the future of the Bolivarian Revolution.
The National Zero Vulnerability Plan demonstrates its commitment to the care and protection of the most vulnerable sectors of the population, by reaffirming State policies for social justice and the well-being of all Venezuelans.
