During the first semester of 2025, nearly 1,500 students took guided tours of CANTV headquarters in the Los Llanos region, within the framework of the Scientific Seedbeds program promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

School-age young people, according to a press release, received information about the evolution of telecommunications in the country, the CANTV Modernization Plan at the national level and the digital and face-to-face service channels provided by the company.

During this period, the public servants of CANTV also approached various educational institutions located in rural areas, to share knowledge with students and provide them with the opportunity to delve into the processes to bring Internet and fixed telephony to their homes and schools.

With these activities, CANTV joins the MINCYT initiatives through the Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission to promote the knowledge of children in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
