This Saturday, August 3, the Venezuelan people are victoriously celebrating the 218th anniversary of the first time that the tricolor flag was made on our sacred soil, said the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro.
In a message published in his X account, the President assured that our flag is a banner of hopes, struggles and joys.
