Venezuelan midfielder Andrés “Miki” Romero was officially announced as the new player for the Boston River in Uruguay, who signed a contract for the next three years.

The Venezuelan soccer team belonged entirely to Monagas SC of the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League), which kept 50% of a future sale, according to sports media.

This will be his second international experience after defending the DAC Streda jersey in Slovakia (2023).

Romero, 22, has also played for the national team in the youth and senior categories.
