Padrino López: 8,630 voting centers authorized for the National Popular Consultation 2025

On Sunday, November 23, 8,630 voting centers will be set up across the country for the Fourth National Popular Consultation 2025, in which the Venezuelan people will choose their community projects, said the sectoral vice-president of Defense and Sovereignty, GJ Vladimir Padrino López.

During a visit to the Estrella del Sur Community Self-Government Room, in the Santa Rosalía parish of Caracas, he reported that the Plan República will be mobilized throughout the national territory, including remote locations such as the Amazon, to guarantee the security of the population and electoral material. “We want to celebrate this festival from communes, community circuits and mission bases,” he said.

He stressed that the Consultation will take place throughout the national territory as an exercise of participation and sovereignty, accompanied by organized communities and the deployment of security forces.

In his statements, Padrino López pointed out that, in the face of threats from U.S. imperialism with warplanes, missile ships and nuclear submarines in the Caribbean, Venezuela has responded with greater national unity, work, resistance, patriotism, organization and democracy.

“As long as there is a project with roots in Bolivar, they are going to reject it. We, as soldiers and as a people, respond with our heads held high and our chests full to one of the most powerful empires in history, which always seeks to preserve its interests,” he said.
