Partial closure announced for maintenance of the Boquerón I and II tunnels starting this Monday

Due to comprehensive maintenance work on the Boquerón I and II tunnels, from Monday 21 to Saturday, April 26, the Caracas - La Guaira highway will be partially closed overnight, according to a post made on the official Instagram account of the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation.

Traffic in both directions of the highway will be restricted between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., in order to facilitate maintenance, safety and proper operation for tunnel users.

For this reason, the institution urges those who use this important route to take the necessary precautions and organize their trips taking into account this night closure.

These tasks are part of the government's plans to ensure the welfare and safety of all users of the Caracas - La Guaira highway.
