The people of Caracas began a great mobilization from the headquarters of CANTV to the Miraflores Palace in support of the Bolivarian Revolution and the great electoral victory of President Nicolás Maduro.
The mobilization was led by the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, and the head of government of the Capital District, Nahum Fernández. The latter, at the beginning of the march, stressed that in the streets there are “the people of Nicolás Maduro, the army of Hugo Chávez Frías.
Since the mobilization, Magaly Colmenarez, pointed out that peace has won in Venezuela, so the people are on the streets in their defense. “Let's be peacebuilders and let's keep working for this country,” he said.
For his part, the young Axel Torres invited his peers to stay on the street in defense of the Fatherland. “This people don't want more threats, they don't want an invasion like the extreme right is asking for our country,” he stressed.
Meanwhile, Yesenia Medina highlighted that Venezuelan women remain fighting and fully supporting President Maduro. “We don't bow to imperialism, here we are still women fighting alongside our president Maduro,” she said.
