Members of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), stationed in Perijá, Zulia state, managed to apprehend a subject identified as José Alexander Durán Gutiérrez, who allegedly prostituted his teenage daughter.

According to the publication of the newspaper Última Noticias (UN), the complaint was filed by the young victim, 16 years of age, with the Criminal Investigation Service of the PNB, where she reported that her father forced her to have intimate meetings with neighbors to charge for such actions. But, in addition, her father also abused her.

After learning about the incident, officials captured Durán Gutiérrez at kilometer 15, El Moraito, San Carlos del Zulia. Williams Enrique Rincón Coy (56) and Eliver Francisco Azuaje Medina (40) were also arrested for this fact.
