President Maduro: A powerful integrated and organized armed corps is developing in Venezuela

This Friday, September 26, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Nicolás Maduro, confirmed that in Venezuela a powerful armed corps, integrated and structurally organized, is under way in eight regions of comprehensive defense, with 25 zones of comprehensive defense.

“All of them must have well-established and precise orders to face any external enemy that intends to attack the territory or spaces of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” he stressed.

He stated that “I reiterate that the combat order is given to the entire Bolivarian National Armed Forces, the National Militia to defend the sovereignty of a peaceful homeland that is Venezuela, territorial integrity and the most sacred right that our people have, which is the right to peace, to development, to a prominent and prosperous future.”

In this regard, he specified that “I have given the order to establish the 335 areas of comprehensive defense, there are the Communes combined with the Military Force, to confront the enemy, defend territorial integrity and our right to full, independent and prosperous development.”

This was stated at the Military Academy during the solemn ceremony in the framework of the 20th Anniversary of the founding of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB).
