President Maduro activated the third phase of the strategic plan for Public Security and Defense

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Tuesday, August 12, activated the third phase of the Strategic Plan of Q3, which includes Public Security and Defense, Unity and Territorial Integrity.

The event was held from the Macuto parish, in the parking lot of the G/J Jorge Luis García Carneiro Baseball Stadium, in the state of La Guaira, where he led the act to strengthen the Quadrants for Peace Plan for the Community Circuits.

In this regard, he specified that the aforementioned initiative is aligned with the goals of the Organic Law of the Homeland Plan 2025-2031. “We are going to strengthen and consolidate the Peace Quadrants within the Community Circuits,” he said.

“We are building the new framework of the republican building, on the way to the socialism of a society of coexistence, harmony and peace,” he said.

He argued that it seeks to strengthen and consolidate the state policy of the Peace Quadrants, within the Community Circuits, promoting greater collaboration between security forces and local communities.

He also noted that investment is being made in the modernization of technological resources, including weapons, communications, monitoring and patrolling systems, in order to improve efficiency in protecting citizen security and territorial sovereignty.
