President Maduro approved Special Rain Fund to support rural producers

From the Mukumbarí Cable Car System, in the state of Mérida, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced and approved a Special Rain Fund to support all rural producers affected by the floods, as a result of the recent heavy rains recorded in the country.

“I tell all the producers of the Venezuelan countryside, wherever there is a loss, I have already approved a Special Rain Fund to support all the producers of the field, so that we can dry up, open the path and sow again,” he said.

This was stated in the Merida state where he led the launch of the Great Mother Earth Venezuela Mission and reviewed the rehabilitation work of the areas affected by the climate crisis in several television contacts.

He argued that the objective of the Fund is to guarantee the recovery of crops, livestock and agricultural roads in the impacted areas.
