President Maduro called on the FANB to accelerate the process of transforming the Military Revolution

President Nicolás Maduro called on the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) to accelerate the transformation process that Commander Hugo Chávez began, “the Military Revolution of the 21st century.”

During the Venezuelan military parade, to commemorate 214 years of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence of Venezuela and Day of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Maduro emphasized that the FANB has the Ayacucho Plan 2025-2031 to continue moving forward.

He also called for strengthening the weapons system, the organization chart for the deployment of our FANB, the concept of the Bolivarian Militia as a pillar of territorial defense in the 5338 communal circuits.

The head of state also called on the FANB to strengthen the response capacity for modern warfare, the air and anti-aircraft defense system “with its own technology” and with the help of allied and friendly countries.

“We have to continue to strengthen drone and anti-drone systems with our own technology, which has already come a long way thanks to our scientists and engineers. We also need to make progress on missile and anti-missile systems. Defend by land, air, sea, river, mountains and jungles,” he said.

He emphasized that Venezuela has the right to exist and to live in peace, to develop its own free independent socialist and sovereign model.
