President Maduro congratulates athlete Enderson Santos for winning gold at the 2024 Paralympics

Through his Telegram channel, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, extended his congratulations to the athlete Enderson Germán Santos González for winning the first gold medal for Venezuela at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
“Gold Medal for Venezuela! Our athlete, Enderson, Germán Santos González and his guide, Eubrig Maza, fill us with pride in winning the Gold medal while traveling the 400 meters flat in the T11 modality,” the Head of State wrote this Sunday.
He also highlighted his pride in seeing the first Venezuelan athlete bathe in gold. “My embrace and congratulations guys, keep going, are an example of overcoming and have shown that with love, discipline and dedication everything is possible. Tremendous ending!” , he emphasized.
Enderson Santos won the gold medal in the 400 flat meter competition, category T11 (for people with extreme visual impairment), with a time of 50.58.
