President Maduro: Cuba has a great track record in the second independence of our continent

At the Miraflores Palace, President Nicolás Maduro met with a delegation from the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in a positive meeting that seeks to strengthen ties between the two countries.

The Head of State emphasized that the Cuban delegation has a “brilliant history of articulating the forces of Latin America and the Caribbean for what was called and is called the second definitive independence of our continent.”

Accompanying the President, there are members of the national leadership of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and its youth, including figures such as Grecia Colmenares, Eduardo Piñate, Pedro Infante, Nicolás Maduro Guerra, Tania Díaz and Rander Peña.
