President Maduro ratified resumption of flights between Venezuela and the Dominican Republic

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced the reestablishment of direct flights between Caracas and Santo Domingo, at the request of the Venezuelan people who reside in the Dominican Republic.
During his weekly show Con Maduro+, he commented that on Saturday he held a private meeting with the daughter of the Dominican merenguero Rubby Pérez to give the singer post-mortem nationality.
He received other representatives of the genre, including Sergio Vargas, who, on behalf of the Dominican and Venezuelan community living in Santo Domingo, proposed that direct flights between the capitals of both nations be reopened. In addition, there were Omar Enrique, Fernandito Villalona, Bonny Cepeda and Mabel Yeah.
