President Maduro receives the inauguration of Doctor Honoris Causa by the Military University of Venezuela

This Tuesday, September 30, the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Nicolás Maduro Moros, received the inauguration of Doctor Honoris Causa, from the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV).
The event was held at the headquarters of this house of military studies, where the head of state led the Master Lesson on the occasion of the opening of the 2025-2026 academic year of the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV).
The above-mentioned distinction is conferred on the National President for his excellent management of the situation in the face of the constant aggressions and threats of North American imperialism.
During the ceremony, the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, placed the robe on the Commander in Chief of the FANB, Nicolás Maduro Moros, as a symbol of the inauguration of Doctor.
The commander of the CEOFANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, imposed the red beret on him, as a symbol to identify humanist and studious men, since its color is a firm representation of their love for the Fatherland and the passion for their achievements.
For his part, M/G Omar Enrique Pérez La Rosa, Deputy Minister of Defense Education and Rector of the UMBV, presented him with the title that accredits President Maduro, as Dr. Honoris Causa in National Security.
He stated that the Head of State has demonstrated his leadership at the national and international levels, has developed the concept of popular-military-police fusion, and in addition, he has promoted the constitutional and legal mechanism to guarantee peace in Venezuela, with the activation of the management bodies of Integral Defense.
