President Maduro: “The Blue Book” explains the principles of the Bolivarian Project in the 21st century

This Sunday, September 21, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, invited the Venezuelan people to read “The Blue Book”.

In a message published on his account on the social network Telegram, he stressed that the aforementioned work “is essential to understand the foundational thinking of Commander #Chávez and the genesis of the Bolivarian project in the 21st century.”
