President Maduro: Today we have training academies of the highest technical, military, ethical and moral levels

The President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Nicolás Maduro, emphasized that the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV) has perfectly and impeccably achieved the legacy of Venezuelan doctrinal thought and military experience in its long march for Independence.

“We currently have a system of academies and training schools of the highest scientific, technical, military, ethical and moral level that has ever been achieved in the history of Venezuela in 200 years of the Republic. It is one of the great achievements of the Bolivarian Military Revolution initiated by our Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías,” he said.

This was highlighted at the Theater of the Military Academy of the Bolivarian Army, where he led the Master Lesson on the occasion of the opening of the 2025-2026 academic year at the Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela (UMBV).

He also stated that it is necessary to create, build and learn. “Learning the lessons is vital, drawing the lessons from historical periods is vital. A human being who does not know his story in depth and is truly doomed to nothing, is doomed to failure,” he said.
