The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, urged the Magisterial Constituent Movement to incorporate into the country's educational institutions the debate of cognitive warfare, and the way to free ourselves from its structures, which seek to dominate the minds and emotions of youth and people.
In that sense, he argued that cognitive warfare is the new way used by imperialism, Zionist companies and billionaires to colonize minds and dominate the world.
On this topic, he proposed working on the National Consultation Plan, with the objective of collectively building an Action Plan aimed at confronting cognitive warfare, and strengthening and elevating the capacity of all society to train in human values.
He specified that next Monday, October 1, this Action Plan will be launched at the national level.
The approach was made in the Ríos Reyna Room of the Teresa Carreño Theater, where she led the Closing of the First Pedagogical Congress of Bolivarian Teachers, for the defense and transformation of Bolivarian education.
For this reason, the head of state called for continuing to build public education, free, scientific, with pedagogical and humanistic quality, deeply linked to the country's development plan.
He reaffirmed that education is the backbone of a new society. “Free public education is a constitutional right,” he stressed.
