The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Monday, January 6, denounced that the Argentine government is involved in violent plans to attack peace in Venezuela.

“This is an international fascist aggression against Venezuela, which the North American empire heads, finances and promotes. Who can doubt it today?” , he said.

This was stated when referring to the ratification of the vice-president of the sector for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, who assured that the Milei government last March, “this is public and communicational, said that they were going to send a group of gendarmes to Venezuela.”

Cabello pointed out that “what they didn't really count on, is that our popular intelligence systems and security agencies worked and today they are being arrested, tried and brought to justice.”

In this regard, the head of state emphasized that “I am proud of the military and police personnel, because they have guaranteed peace and tranquility to our country, in the face of national and international fascist threats.”

He made the statement at the Miraflores Palace, where he chaired a working meeting with the Executive Cabinet; the Superior General Staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB); the commanders of the Integral Defense Strategy Region (REDI); the Political Bureau and the National Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and members of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB).

“We were born in the face of empires, we were born by defeating empires, and we will continue on our path, that's why I say, that every man and woman in Venezuela must be an active entity in the care of the right to peace in every national territory,” he stressed.

In this direction, he argued that the Bolivarian Government ended the year 2024 on offensive, on all fronts of work, “that not only fills us with pride but also with joy. We had a constitutional debt and we had to pay it.”
