At the Teresa Carreño Theater, the Workshop on the 7 Transformations (7T) is held, aimed at the deputies elected on May 25. The meeting, led by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, marks the beginning of legislative preparation for the new parliamentary term that will begin on January 5, 2026.

The activity seeks to consolidate legislative strategies for the advancement and prosperity of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. As part of this initiative, parliamentarians are working to reorganize national legislation into large codes, addressing economic, social and ecological areas, with the purpose of streamlining legislative processes and strengthening the country's development.

During the event, the president of the AN highlighted the importance of street social parliamentarism, stressing the need to listen to communities and transform their proposals into laws that benefit the Venezuelan people. He also highlighted the importance of the parliamentary agenda for the next five years, which will focus on the Venezuelan electoral system and constitutional reforms.

With the participation of the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the deputies will debate in seven working groups, grouped by region, to address the fundamental issues of the next parliamentary administration.

This workshop continues the work carried out by the Executive over the weekend, when President Nicolás Maduro held strategic meetings with governors elected in the recent elections.
