President reiterated the need to achieve prosperity, development and social welfare with his own efforts

“Conquering times of prosperity, development and social well-being with your own efforts is the premise. Soldiers, let's not expect anything but ourselves. Either we invent or we make mistakes! , said President Nicolás Maduro during the greeting ceremony of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

He also reiterated that the State has “the strategy, thought, doctrine, strength, we have the Homeland, dreams, in a harmonious way we continue to build the homeland with our own hands, heroic years we have built”.

“As Commander in Chief, I can say that I am extremely proud of the role played by the military in the right to live in Venezuela in peace and to build our future and not to let it fall into the hands of imperialism,” the president stressed.

In this regard, he urged unity between the FANB and the People by saying that “let's make the history of this people great, let's keep moving forward. Happy New Year to the entire Venezuelan military family. Long live the FANB. Never more betrayal, divisionism, let us continue with the strength of our liberating heroes. Always loyal.”
