The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urged the country's governors and mayors this Wednesday to be creative to govern together with the people, and not to fall into improvisation.

During the installation of the Federal Government Council, in the Miraflores Palace, the Head of State recognized the 50 opposition mayors who won the municipal elections of July 27, in which Chavism won 285 of the 335 mayors.

“I have reached out my hand to you and I also speak for you because I know that you are legitimate rulers, elected by your communities. So, you have to make an effort. A ruler cannot be an improviser, he has to have creativity, intuition, inventiveness, initiative, but one thing is inventiveness, initiative and another thing is for him to be an improvisational thing,” he stressed.

In this regard, the Dignitary emphasized that “you don't govern with occurrences. Today one thing comes to mind and tomorrow another. I tell you this from experience (...) The experience has taken us and the education of our teacher, our Commander Hugo Chávez, our great teacher in life, the one who made us all new, led us to value study, geopolitics, political science, strategy, strategic plans”.
