PSUV Caracas rejected extreme right wing terrorist plans against Venezuela (+statement)

This Wednesday, August 13, the Caracas political team of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) issued a statement expressing its strong rejection of the terrorist and fascist plans of the Venezuelan extreme right against the people.

This was announced by the PSUV liaison in Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, who read the statement, which reaffirms the repudiation of fascist actions “undertaken by María Corina Machado and her leaders of imperialism”.

“Once again, the North American empire seeks to end the tranquility and stability of Venezuela, placing explosive devices in public spaces to terrorize and end peace. Likewise, they intend to intimidate the morals of the people with the attack on the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro,” the text states.

“There are quite a lot of people and history here, we are joy, life, we are the prosperous future of a country, whose head of state is the benchmark of dignity and embodies the historic struggle of the Venezuelan people and of all of Latin America to remain sovereign and independent, for this reason, we appreciate the show of solidarity and support of peoples, organizations in the face of this new escalation of aggressions against Venezuela,” the text indicates.
