Public Ministry charges Martha Lía Grajales for actions that attack State institutions

The Public Ministry (MP) reported that the citizen, Martha Lía Grajales, will be presented and charged after the request for an arrest warrant against her, for her alleged actions that attack the institutions of the State and the peace of the nation.

The MP released the information through a post on his Instagram account in which he detailed that the said citizen has been held in detention by the court of the case for the crimes of hate speech, conspiracy with a foreign government and association.

“The Public Prosecutor's Office, as the guarantor of justice and human rights, will ensure compliance with the guarantees of due process enshrined in the Constitution,” the publication states.
