Public officials are trained in tourism in China

Officials from the Ministry of People's Power for Tourism participate in the Seminar on Tourism Management for Venezuela, organized by the Center for International Cooperation and Exchange of the Department of Commerce of Hainan Province; and the Ministry of Commerce of China.

The seminar focuses on tourism management, providing theoretical and practical knowledge to explore methods in designing tourist experiences, combined with current topics such as the application of intelligent tourist destinations based on Artificial Intelligence, among other topics, which allow participants to develop their capacity to reflect and respond to current tourism demands.

The initiative aims to strengthen the tourism sector, open the Chinese market to the Caribbean Sea and promote inbound tourism, which will generate significant benefits for local communities. Venezuela, through international agreements, promotes its tourist attractions, as a fundamental element to consolidate new business opportunities with the countries of the international community.

Recently, nine Chinese tour operators toured a group of Venezuelan states, including Bolívar State, where they visited Canaima, Cachamay and La Llovizna National Parks. This strategic action by the National Government strengthens the ties of cooperation between both nations and consolidates tourism as a fundamental productive engine for the region.
