Regrettable! Former receiver Jesús Montero died

Former Venezuelan receiver and batsman Jesús Montero died in Valencia, Carabobo state, as a result of injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident on October 5.
Montero López, 35, spent several days in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Valencia.
Guacara was one of the most promising prospects for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball, the organization with which he made his major league debut in 2011.
Later, he was transferred to the Seattle Mariners, with whom he left his mark by driving the only race in Felix Hernández's historic perfect game on August 15, 2012, sports media reports.
In the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP), Montero played six seasons between 2014 and 2021 with Navegantes del Magallanes, Cardenales de Lara and Águilas del Zulia. With the crespuscular team, he won the championship in the 2018-2019 season.
The LVBP sent its sincere words of condolences to their family, friends and teammates.
