Revolutionary forces deployed in Zulia to elect the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees

In the state of Zulia, a preparatory meeting was held for the nomination and election of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI), with more than four thousand heads of community, on a day to be held this Saturday 08 and Sunday 09, in every street of the 21 municipalities of the entity.

The meeting, led by the vice-president of the Organization of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Pedro Infante, and the governor and territorial liaison of the party in Zulia, Luis Caldera, gave guidance on the delivery of material for the assemblies that will number more than 35,000 in this entity.

The goal is to create 264,000 CBBIs across the country, between communities in the five subregions of the state, Metropolitan, Guajira, Costa Oriental del Lago, Machiques and Sur del Lago.

Governor Caldera stated that “the People from their street, from their territory unite in defense of the Homeland, in defense of sovereignty, for the resolution of their problems, but above all in this new phase of the Bolivarian Revolution after electoral victories, building victory against the empire, against interventionism.”
