Revolutionary government swears in committees for the care of the environment in Lara

The governor of the state of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, has sworn in 510 people who participate in 85 Solid Waste Management and Recycling Committees belonging to five of the nine municipalities that make up the state of Larense.

“It's important to be environmental defenders, if we want a green territory we must all be co-responsible for having a healthy and healthy environment, protecting them from all the ills of planet Earth and that starts with us,” Reyes Reyes said, during the swearing in, according to a press release review.

The president also congratulated those who are part of these bodies provided for in the national plan promoted by the Ministry of Ecosocialism, insisting on the educational task they will promote in the communities, “we must begin by teaching children to love their space and their land, from their initial education,” added Reyes Reyes.

The more than 80 Committees are distributed in the municipalities of Morán (El Tocuyo), Iribarren (Barquisimeto), Crespo (Duaca), Jiménez (Quibor) and Palavecino (Cabudare), and will gradually be joined by the towns of Simón Planas (Sarare), Andrés Eloy Blanco (Sanare), Pedro León Torres (Carora) and Urdaneta (Siquisique), the authorities of the company said.
