The Venezuelan offensive midfielder, Rómulo Otero, was announced as the reinforcement of the National Club of the First Division of Uruguay

The official announcement was made by the Uruguayan club through its social networks, in which it detailed that the Venezuelan signed a contract for the next 2 seasons.

The Venezuelan will arrive in Uruguay after playing last season with Santos FC from Brazil, a team that helped promote to the First Division.
