Russian Chancellor: NATO and the EU “directly participate” in a war against Russia

With the hands of Ukraine, “the North Atlantic Organization (NATO) and the European Union want to declare, or have already declared, a real war” against Russia and “are directly participating in it,” he denounced.

Lavrov also warned that unilateral sanctions and trade wars pose a threat to the world economy.

In his view, non-compliance with the principles of the United Nations Charter is a manifestation of neocolonial ambitions that lead to greater global instability.
