Security forces ensure the return to their homes of vacationers visiting Amazonas

A total of 1,352 women and men from the various public security bodies are guarding the return of vacationers who visited recreational sites in the state of Amazonas, as part of the Safe Holy Week 2025 device.

The information, provided by the Directorate of Crime Prevention (DPD), details that the security operation was carried out at the La Batajola checkpoint, located in the Atures municipality.

Officials guarantee peace of mind for both domestic vacationers and foreign tourists who visit the five spas and other recreational areas of the Amazonian state during the holidays of the Major Week.

The work was carried out in perfect civic-military-police union with the participation of the members of the Popular Power commune of this region of southern Venezuela, with whom it was possible to recover the infrastructure of the La Culebra Spa in Puerto Ayacucho.
