Sergio Rodríguez Gelfenstein: For us Bolivia means love for freedom

During the special session on the occasion of the bicentennial anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Bolivia, Sergio Rodríguez Gelfenstein, doctor in Political and International Sciences, highlighted the history of the highlands and is current as an example of freedom.

“The story is not limited to a single date; it is continuous and permanent. From Ayacucho to Panama, through the birth of Bolivia, it has only one component: the construction of republics,” emphasized Rodríguez Gelfenstein from the Legislative Palace.

He indicated that the Liberator Simon Bolivar consolidated a nation composed of different forms, guided by peace.

“200 years later we ask ourselves what does Bolivia mean? for us it is an unbridled love of freedom,” he stressed.
