“Bolivarian doctrine unites us and that is why our horizon is victory,” said the parliamentarian.

In this regard, according to a press release, he indicated that the Congress of the Historical Bloc promotes the dialectical integration of the 5 generations and the 7 forces of the Bolivarian Revolution from 2024 to 2050.

He pointed out that a defined strategy is necessary to consolidate the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, since the course is Bolivarian Socialism of the 21st Century, which seeks to deepen the struggle of all people as a base of resistance against the logic of capital.
