SUDEBAN announces holidays for 2026

The Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN), in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the Decree with the Rank, Value and Force of Law of Banking Sector Institutions, published the calendar of bank holidays for the year 2026, which will govern the activities of the national banking system.
In total, banks will have 22 days off, of which 9 will be national holidays and 13 bank holidays.
On holidays, the banking system will provide electronic, mobile and telephone banking services, in order to guarantee digital operation for users and companies.
