Supreme Court of Justice held the International Technology Prospectives Congress 2025

At the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice, in Caracas, the International Technological Prospectives Congress 2025 was held.
The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Caryslia Rodríguez, who attended the activity, stressed that a technological update is being carried out in Venezuela using national tools that are at the service of the people.
“Our Supreme Court of Justice and the entire Judiciary make use of technology to bring justice closer to people, to do it with speed, transparency, promptness and so that the justiciable can use these tools to have an immediate response to their requirements,” said Rodríguez.
He also explained that with regard to what has to do with the Judiciary, one of the innovations this year is that the commission generated a student contest, who submitted their proposals on Artificial Intelligence.
For her part, the Magistrate of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court, Michel Velázquez, stressed that the body has created around 300 judgments that speak of the use of information technologies within the viable process.
Velásquez said that it is always possible to use Artificial Intelligence but hand in hand with the human being.
On the other hand, he indicated that as immediate projects, the Supreme Court also has to continue studying technologies, carrying out laboratories where scientists and engineers, experts in procedural law are convened, to continue to make visible and sensitize the Venezuelan people and the legal community about the use of artificial intelligence.
