In the spaces of the National Art Gallery (GAN), in Caracas, in connection with the Venezuelan International Book Fair (FILVEN 2025), authorities of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) held a discussion on Communal Justice of Peace, where they highlighted the fundamental role played by Judges of the Peace in promoting reconciliation and tranquility in communities.

In this regard, the president of the Supreme Court, Caryslia Rodríguez, said in statements to the press that the activity served as a space for debate and the meeting of ideas to strengthen communal justice of peace, and thus strengthen the Venezuelan judicial system.

For her part, the president of the Constitutional Chamber, Tania D'Amelio, emphasized the importance of having laws in each Community Justice and Peace Module to investigate and carry out joint studies. “We are presenting a compendium of laws because we believe it is important that each community justice and peace module has its laws so that they can investigate and carry out joint studies,” the VTV website reported.

In addition, he added that they remain active in providing other legal tools, such as the laws of People's Power, so that each justice and justice of the peace has the knowledge and the appropriate training to respond to any request that may arise in the communities. In this way, he said, the project of communal justice and peace is being consolidated in the country.
