A new day of the National Surgical Plan took place at the Popular Specialized Ophthalmological Clinic of the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS), in La Guaira.

In this regard, the Minister of the People's Power for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez, indicated that from Monday to July 12, it is estimated that around 150 patients with cataract pathologies will receive specialized medical care, a crucial step in improving their quality of life.

“This day is a clear reflection of the social policies implemented by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, in perfect alliance with the regional government, who have prioritized the free health and well-being of the Guairian people,” he added.
