Table Tennis Massification Festival to be held in Caracas

Starting next Friday, September 13th and ending Saturday, September 14th, the third National Table Tennis Massification Project Festival will be held at the Popper y López gymnasium located in Caracas.
The event is expected to involve 300 children between the ages of 4 and 9 and who are part of 16 states of the country that will compete in the Sub-7 and Sub-9 categories.
Cecilio Correa, director of the project, explained that the objective is to prepare young athletes for the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games. To date, the first layer of the project that began in the Capital District, approximately 15 years ago, is ready.
For its part, the Bolivarian Government guarantees the sports equipment, logistics and organizational structure necessary for this first-rate event.
