Tania Díaz highlights the democratic process promoted by the GPPSB parties to choose candidates

This Friday, during the podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña hosted by the Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón and the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Tania Díaz, the topic of the nominations made by the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB) for the candidacy process in the May elections was addressed.

“We went to a national nomination process through the National Nomination Method 21 thousand 688 applications for candidates for governor and governor, of which 48% men and 51% women 74 thousand 736 applied to the Legislative Council, so there was an analysis process carried out by the political leadership,” said Díaz.

In this context, the parliamentarian assured that according to the democratic process implemented by the parties of the Bolivarian Revolution, the People can determine which government or opposition candidate is most suitable.

The GPPSB, a coalition that integrates the PSUV, PCV, Tupamaro, Somos Venezuela and 19 other parties, will present candidates in all 24 governorates and will compete for indigenous deputies, a novelty in 2025 and the seats of the National Assembly.

After a consultation with the People, in accordance with the provisions of the red awning regulations, the candidates and candidates for the governor's elections were chosen.
