A terrorist attack against the Ankara Kahramankazan facilities of the Turkiye Aerospace Industries Limited Company (TAI) occurred this Wednesday.

This was reported by Telesur, citing the interior minister of that country, Ali Yerlikaya, who indicated that the incident recorded deaths and injuries without giving further details.

Witnesses quoted by the multi-state television station report intense explosions and a subsequent shooting from a facility of the Turkish aerospace company Tusaş, in the city of Ankara, Türkiye.

The authorities appointed technical teams to initiate investigations into this incident.
