The Bolivarian Government held a day to plant a thousand plants in the “La Cerbatana” Basin (+Sucre)

In the state of Sucre, the Bolivarian Government carried out a
day of planting a thousand forest plants in the “La Cerbatana” Basin, in order to recover 10 hectares between the municipalities
of Bermúdez and Benítez, in the eastern state.
The activity was organized by the
Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, through the Great
Mother Earth Mission and was attended by 150 people from 10 institutions and
organizations of the People's Power, demonstrating the commitment of the
Bolivarian Government to the preservation of water sources and biodiversity.
Among the species planted are: 340
Apamates — Rapid Reforestation and Soil Protection, 250 Guaduas — Riverside
Stabilization and Erosion Control, 150 Bucares —
Nitrogen Fixation and Soil Improvement, 112 Ceibas — Recovery of degraded areas and biological
corridors, 63 Jabillos — Protection of watercourses, 35 Mahogany — Species of high ecological and economic value, 30 Cedars — Conservation of noble timber species, 20 Araguaneyes — Emblematic and ornamental
species, press review of the Ministry of the Ministry
Ecosocialism.
It became known that the areas strategically
intervened were the Quebrada de Agua sector (Macarapana, Bermúdez
municipality) and the Rio de Oro sector (El Rincón, Benítez municipality).
