The regional government initiated the work plan to reempower the schools of the Simón Bolívar municipality in the state of Anzoátegui, before the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
The work schedule started from the emblematic República de Chile school in Barcelona, with more than 4,000 square meters in size, where nearly two thousand children and adolescents are trained from elementary school to high school, in addition to the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).
In this regard, it became known that ten schools in the Simón Bolívar municipality will be intervened during the vacation period, regional press reported.
The improvements include the adaptation of the physical floor plan of classrooms, sanitary rooms and sports spaces, among other spaces in each educational center.
