The Bolivarian Government of Miranda provided comprehensive care to 600 grandparents in Charallave

The Bolivarian Government of Miranda State, through the mayor's office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, carried out a day of comprehensive care for the benefit of 600 grandparents and grandmothers.
According to information issued by the Government of Miranda, the activity, which had a special focus on older adults, was attended by Mayor Humberto Marte and his team, who shared with the more than 600 grandparents and grandmothers present.
In this regard, it became known that the elderly received various services offered by the Bolivarian Government, organized into its three levels. The services provided included medical care, checkups, delivery of medications and dietary supplements, consultations and registrations at the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS), as well as hairdressing and barbering sessions. The day was enlivened with music typical of the holiday season, filling the atmosphere with joy.
“We are providing comprehensive care, not only on this day, but also in 115 grandparent circles, offering health, well-being, technical assistance and all the benefits that our program has to offer,” said Mayor Marte.
The municipality's single health authority, Dr. Angélica Rodríguez, highlighted that more than 22,000 grandparents have been treated throughout 2024 with free treatments, medicines and technical aids, provided by the National Government.
The activity also included the participation of pastors from the 84 Christian churches in the municipality, who blessed the day and all the families of Charallave.
The mayor thanked the religious leaders for their presence and recognized the importance of their work to ensure peace for the families of yours. In addition, it offered food supplies to ensure Christmas sharing in their respective churches on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
“The Civil Protection Corps, the communal judges of the peace, and the pastors and pastors of our Christian churches, working hand in hand and as a team, guarantee the well-being and peace of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality. All that remains for me is to thank everyone for their unconditional efforts,” said the mayor.
